Becky is a UX all-rounder with deep expertise in digital innovation, consumer research, and experience design. She's an influential catalyst, extending her human-centered design practice into empathetic team guidance. Her T-shaped, generalist background spans UX/UI design, research, ecom, marketing, and product management.
At Nike, she guided shopping experience redesigns, led research to supercharge omnichannel strategies, and innovated on new revenue streams at the Valiant Labs incubator.  Since then, she's taken on roles inherently full of risk, from writing her own job description at Alo Yoga to spearheading digital for a party kit company in the middle of a pandemic.
