As a UX all-rounder with deep expertise in product design, digital innovation, and strategy, Becky serves as a catalyst leader, extending her human-centered design practice into empathetic team coaching. Her T-shaped, generalist background spans design, research, ecom, marketing, and product management.
At Nike, she guided shopping experience redesigns, led research to supercharge omnichannel strategies, and innovated on new revenue streams at the Valiant Labs incubator.  Since then, she's taken on roles inherently full of risk, from writing her own job description at Alo Yoga to spearheading digital for a party kit company in the middle of a pandemic.
