Starting in eCom UX, I sketched my vision for the Product Detail Page and took it live, partnering with brand, marketing, engineering, and inventory.  I was then handpicked for Nike's incubator, concepting, designing, and researching new app ideas. Lastly, I ran research on digital products, shoes, and stores for the Data & Insights team.  
• PDP redesign led to record-high, industry-leading NPS of 72, with a 6.5% conversion lift via TrueFit tool
• Cloud shopping platform enabled over $5B in global annual sales
• Development of new features for SNKRS helped the app eclipse $1B in annual revenues

In just 9 months from concept to build, we worked with the North America geo team and the LA city team to iterate, real-time, on a concept we called Nike Live. It was a big step toward the larger vision for smart retail - to remove friction and personalize experiences through the intersection of digital and physical environments, powered by data.
